Beautiful landscaping and public spaces, lovely apartments and friendly people! The staff has been super helpful with any issues and the maintenance staff are pleasant, polite and efficient! This place is a dream, with assigned raised-bed gardens, a grassy dogPark, ample parking and 3 elevators on every floor. I could go on, we are enjoying our apartment home.

We Love our brand new Ashlynn Ridge Senior Living/ Dominion Home. The community is so quiet, safe, peaceful and well lighted with motion detected lighting. The Staff is Great and Caring! Our Community Manager Brittney Childs is Amazing 👏🏾 and very involved and down to earth. She puts together all of the potlucks and Community gatherings and she is there to walk you through any concerns or questions. Mike and Larry are the best maintenance staff ever and they make sure that all concerns are addressed in a timely manner. The units are beautifully designed with Granite tops in the kitchen, island, bathrooms and on all of the windows sills. Ps. Granite was on my wish list when searching for our next home. Thank you for our New Beautiful Home!

Don't move here! It looks nice on the outside, but the apartments are cheaply made. And they are gouging seniors out of their social security checks. They say these apartments are "affordable" but they raised the rent three months after tenants moved in, then raised the rent again! Who can afford that on a fixed income?

Have been here since January and love it. My apt. Has a great open concept with plenty of sunlight. The amenities awesome with lots to do. Even has garden plots to grow flowers and vegetables.

Prior to the viewing, I explicitly asked Shannon if the apartment was based on low-income eligibility, to which she replied affirmatively. However, it was later discovered that Shannon's statement was inaccurate. When I contacted her to address the issue, she responded with a sarcastic attitude, which I found unprofessional. As a social worker, I am particularly concerned about the impact of Shannon's actions on my clients, who are currently homeless and rely on accurate information to secure affordable housing.
