Ashford Place Apartments

Just recently moved in and am pleased with the property. Had a few maintenance items that needed taking care of when I first moved in that were addressed immediately and done right. Good location with easy access to food and the downtown Kannapolis area. The application and move in process was extremely easy and stress free thanks too Jessica W one of the property managers who addressed all my questions quickly.

They have bugs there was a exterminator cleaning out apt very scary

I am familiar with this place but have never resided on this property. From my experiences visiting others, the apartments were pretty up to date and kept well maintained and visibly clean inside and outside of the property. There is always police supervision at night time, so I cant imagine any super dangerous crime taking place at night. That's a plus.

Apartments are very nice and clean but dealing with the management is the worst and slowest thing ever. They do not reply fast and never answer any of your questions. It’s the worst headache ever. Need to get new people that actually care about the tenants

My lease with them has been renewed for another year. There are a lot of good things about the new management. Don't let up on the good work.
