I'll save you time, money, and hassle. this is a terrible place to live. First, let's start with the maintenance service. They take too long to respond and never solve your problems. I spent two years opening tickets to fix a dryer that never worked properly, and they would just came take a look and leave. The water tap leaked, the toilet had problems refilling the tank five times, and those are just the basic things. Bigger issues include the fact that in two years I was never able to use the bathtub because the water leaked to the floor below, and it was never repaired so I could use the bathtub. The theft of packages from Amazon, FedEx, and UPS is unbelievable. You can't order anything for delivery because you have to consider it lost if you're not home to take it right away. my neighbo

I moved here back in March and have really enjoyed living here so far. This apartment complex is a big improvement compared to my previous one. I experienced a few minor issues with the laundry area when I first moved in, but maintenance responded quickly, and everything has been smooth sailing since. While the apartments are on the higher end price-wise, the cost feels fair for the location and amenities. • A couple of friendly suggestions for the leasing office: - For the playground area, it might be helpful to update the ground material. The current “mulch” makes it a little tough for smaller kids to run around. Quiet place to live thats about it. Im giving this 1 star because its been 6 days now and I still haven't gotten anyone to fix the washer which had water sitting in it. I called continuously and to no avail I went to the office and was told that the "technicians" are only dealing with emergencies since they're outside shoveling snow. And ohhh upon moving in one of the toilets were not working right and I had to get that fixed myself.

I wonder they have extremely low ratings, please read the bad reviews before you make a decision to move in here. Current resident - made me huge mistake, I’m suffering already, it’s been just a month. Everything is a lie, do not listen to leasing office. They are very incompetent, they just need your money. Let’s start with apartment - they are small, on papers it says 600-700 sqft but it’s not. There is broken cabinets and dust on them, carpets are dirty. There is some sort of weird smell in bathroom. Don’t forget, bugs and mice. Couple of days ago, I heard a strange noise in my kitchen when I turned off my lights and it was a mice. Parking is a joke, there is no space to park. I lived at Ashfords for over a year and didn’t have any problems. The location is perfect , maintenance was super friendly/ quick, and it’s really quiet since the buildings are solid and well-built. Neighbors are respectful. I love the keyless entry, and overall it’s been a safe and peaceful. My only minor con is that the gym’s small considering how big the community is, but no biggie.
