Ascend Crossroads

Im one of the 1st residents since they opened for business in February. They just finished building a pickleball court! I love it here, the grounds are very clean, well kept, and staff are super friendly. The pool is saltwater and very refreshing, it feels like a mini vacay. The apt is a nice size, and I have so much room for all of my mini appliances. The screened porch is awesome, especially right now with the cool weather. maintenance crew is always attentive and quick to fix any issue. Especially Izzy! I LOVE the quick work on my red ant problem, specifically 🤣.

It's a beautiful condominium! The clubhouse feels like a perfect resort for relaxing! The common rooms are very comfortable! I really enjoyed my experience there!

My experience at Ascend Crossroads was lovely! The staff is so nice and attentive. The property was well maintained & very clean. I got assisted by Kelena for my tour and she was very informative and answered all of my questions! If you’re considering living at ascend, I highly recommend!

I'm obsessed with all the white and bright color schemes - perfect for Florida! If you're in the market for a new apartment, this is definitely the place to consider.
