Artists Village Apartments

I have been living at the Artist Village since 2012 and I have had a business in their retail spots since 2013. I love it here, and I hope to be here for many more decades. The staff are really great to work with. They are so nice and accommodating. Paige the manager is kind and helpful and if she is busy, then Wendy & Gesille step in to help. And they are awesome too. So kind and patient with me. Love this current staff team

We've been residents here for eight years and have thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Great neighbors, we've made lovely friends, very tight knit community. I'm born and raised right here in Santa Ana and my business is also in Santa Ana so the location has always been ideal. We had some issues with leaks and a bathroom issue in the last few weeks, and as a result, we are moving to a new unit in our same building. Right now. Dec 24th. In spite of the busy time of the year that it is, Paige and Wendy in the leasing office have gone so far above and beyond what could ever be expected ,and processed this transition in record time. I truly enjoy living at the Artists Village. I have lived here for over 5 years and I don't want to live anywhere else. The location is great, the amenities are nice, and the people who work here care about your living situation just as much as their own. This place has improved with each year that I have lived here and its so nice to see that the tenants are being listened to. Paige, Wendy, Jocelyn, and Javier are the top people that I speak with the most and they are very friendly and attentive to our needs. Couldn't ask for a better team myself. I highly recommend the Artists Village to anyone looking to rent in Santa Ana. 😊🥰😃

I’ve lived here for about 5 years and I highly recommend! Wendy and Paige are so helpful and make sure we are updated on all things from events, to emergency situations, etc! I also appreciate the maintenance staff’s timely manner for my requests and security for patrolling the building! If you’re looking for a place to live this is a fun location. Highly recommend.

I just moved in less than two weeks ago. So far, I had a very pleasant experience with management and staff. On-site manager Paige is extremely helpful and kind, genuinely care about the tenants, helping me fix the billing issues, arranging maintenance team to fix the fridge. Maintenance manager Javier is truly a great guy! He went extra miles to help to solve the issue. The Security guard is also kind and helpful. I am looking forward to exploring the Santa Ana downtown life!!
