Avoid this building at all costs!!!! I was not going to leave a review, however at this time, I have no choice. I have lived here for 6 months and can attest to the following. 1. They do not properly filter people coming into the property. 2. All kinds of crazy people are in the units, including people who yell all day or all night (depending on the unit). Loud noises will be a common theme in your day or evenings here. 3. They lie to you when showing you the building, pretending there is security (which does not do their job). 4. People are smoking marijuana all the time across the building, whether you walk in the dog walk area or in your own unit, you will likely smell it. 5. The gym is never cleaned. The weights and pull up bars are always filthy. They will mask the bad odors with a v

My experience living at Arte West has been great. The office staff are very friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff is also great. Whenever anything in my apartment needs fixing, it's taken care of the same day. I love that the gym is open 24/7. It's the best apartment complex I've lived in so far.

I've been living here for a few months now. The units are practically soundproof as I don't hear any of my neighbors. The apartments themselves are nice and everything about the building feels pretty safe and secure. The office management is always super helpful with anything I need, and have been a great help. Every single restaurant I've been to within the area has been delicious, not to mention that basically every fast food chain is within 5 minutes. The amenities like the gym and pool are incredible. There are smart thermostats as well as auto locking door locks which is very nifty. The first downside is parking. My BF and I have been living at Arte West, formerly known as the Charlie OC, for 18 months! Our lease is coming to an end soon, but we will definitely miss living here. Everyone on staff is very kind and willing to help whenever you have an issue. The gym has to be our favorite amenity here because it is huge, fully equipped and very clean. The community is super dog friendly, which we love! It is always nice seeing fur friends around. My BF and I have an electric vehicle as well and it’s a great perk that the community has charging stations. Overall, our experience here has been great. We will miss calling this place our home.

After living here for a year, i can say this is by far the most professional and safe place I've ever lived in. People are very kind and pet owners are very responsible with cleaning up after their dogs. They often have fun little events for the community to get together and enjoy a movie night, brunch, or a wine evening. I haven't had a problem with parking which is great. The maintenance team is very quick to fix any problems that may arise. The people in the office are the kindest and most patient people you'll ever meet. I would highly recommend this place if you're looking for a safe, friendly, calm place to live.
