was trying to get a rental home with them, paid my application fee $50 and even added someone another $50 which total to be $100. My application was never process didn’t hear anything from them. I had to keep reaching out. Ben was never available when this is the man I talk to about the house. even tour the house with Ben it’s been two weeks. Nothing has been heard. at this point, you become very frustrating. Don’t rent with them unless you Caucasian that's my efforts on it Could’ve simply stated I’m looking for another applicant but I waste my hundred dollars just not to hear nothing let me guess can’t get a refund either huh? Absolute scam. My fiancee and I scheduled a tour of a house, and prior to the tour, we were told it was a misunderstanding and we had never actually scheduled the tour. We both called and an automated voice answered the phone. We asked to speak to an actual person and the call was hung up from their end.

I submitted a $50 application fee; however, it appears that my application was never processed In my effort to understand the legitimacy of this company , I encountered several online reviews indicating that similar situations frequently arise, particularly impacting individuals of color. This raises significant concerns regarding fairness and transparency within your application process. I sincerely hope that in 2025, racial bias will not influence the decision-making process. This company seems to be all in with renting to you until they find out the race of the person applying. Then everything goes ghost and you're told the property is already rented.

Art/Ben Minton Realty and staff are horrible communicators. I was told everything for my application process was complete, and that the only thing left for me to do was view the property. I scheduled the viewing a week prior to finalized date and time via email confirmation. Upon viewing the property, the representative did not know who I was. After viewing the property, I was told that I would be expecting a phone call. I followed up for two weeks just requesting either an acceptance or denial for the property. I viewed the property in April, and it is now June. I have not heard back from anyone in this company. The price has decreased since then and after reaching out to the property multiple times through the realtor apps, someone finally told me that another tenant was pending. Do not

I am currently renting with Art Minton Reality and plan of renewing my lease again and renting with them for many years to come. When I have an issue that requires someone to come out to the property they are there immediately and it is resolved the same day. Clear and consistent communication from a team that cares about their residents and their rental properties. The best rental experience I have had in my time as a renter.
