Arrowhead Townhomes

Here's a picture of the view in front of my apartment. I have lived at Arrowhead Townhomes for over a year. What I really like most about this complex is that the management really keeps up with the landscaping. I enjoy beautiful, peaceful walks throughout the complex surrounded by trees and shrubbery. Granted, the buildings are old and they have the issues that old buildings have, but the maintenance crew is very nice, and the management is responsive. They work very hard to make it as nice as they can for the residents, and I appreciate that.

Since moving here my roof has fell out of no where three in the morning.The tiles in the shower fell off the wall a little after a week of moving in They took months to fix and didnt put the soap dish back up. They always turning off the water without warning cause its always sometging wrong with the maine line. Office always closed they change the days and hour it pose to be open to much.They are on the third management team since may 2022. Cant wait to move when my lease is up. DO NOT MOVE HERE

Lived here with my mother for 13 years. The AC was out half the time. Mold formed in the stairwell light from the rain. Outlets were left damaged for years. I almost got electrocuted by the one in my bedroom. Ceiling collapses were left half-repaired. The patio gates were removed resulting in a loss of privacy due to people trying to stare into your windows. All driveways are blocked but one. The bush by the entrance is too high for drivers to see stop signs and oncoming traffic. Units tend to flood frequently. ROACHES GALORE NO MATTER HOW MUCH YOU CLEAN. Creepy staff. Frequent shootouts for YEARS. Cars stolen. Overflowing dumpsters. My bike stolen despite being locked up! You’d think you’re in the hood sometimes while living here.

dec 2022 , they never fixed it, was like this till i left at the end of January. never got my deposit back, maintenance left windows open in unit behind mine. avoid.

Move in process was smooth. Destinee is the best! She was very helpful and communicative every step of the way. Love the loft layout
