I want to recognize David F for consistently doing quality maintenance work in a timely and professional manner. Every time I’ve submitted a request, the issue has been handled quickly and with care. He’s respectful, communicates clearly about what the problem is and how it’s being fixed, and makes sure the job is done right the first time. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and in keeping the property in good condition for residents. Dave F in maintenance consistently does an outstanding job. He is reliable, professional, and always responds promptly to service requests. His work is thorough, and he takes the time to ensure issues are fully resolved the first time. Dave is knowledgeable, efficient, and respectful when interacting with residents and staff. He explains repairs clearly and makes sure everything is working properly before leaving. His dedication and strong work ethic truly make a difference. I have lived in this complex for 14 years, and my experience with maintenance has been wonderful. Dave Frankel has been extremely helpful, even before working for maintenance, and is constantly checking in with residents making sure their needs are met. Matt and Dan are also very supportive and helpful. Overall, it is obvious that our maintenance workers care very much for this community and are a huge reason as to why I have been able to live here peacefully for so long.

We have been living here going on 2 years in a couple months and overwhelmingly been so impressed by especially the staff. Dave F especially has consistently gone above and beyond for the residents, and will always stop to chat and talk. Everyone here can tell how much he enjoys what he does. Bonus points for giving attention and lovings to our pup! I have lived in other complexes and maintenance and office staff had always been the crutch of many issues. Here, we are fortunate to have a team dedicated, friendly, and willing to help.

Living in this complex for 4 years, I haven’t had to request for any big maintenance problems. All at once 3 different issues came about!! Not fun. One day while the maintenance team was in my building, the awesome groundsman Dave F(that has always been my go to at the complex) came to me and encouraged me to put in a work order right away and the Arrive team will work with me on getting everything fixed. With in a few days, a new stove, microwave, and refrigerator door handle were all delivered and installed by two great guys, Matt O and Ryan. They were kind, quick, and clean as they fixed everything. Haha also pretty funny. Thank you so very much for the rapid responses and work!!!
