Arlington Apartments

On May 29th we paid a deposit to rent a one bedroom apartment. On July 1, 2024 we signed a lease site unseen for 12 months. Once the lease was signed we were given the information that the apartment wasn't ready. We were told it would be ready by 3pm. When we returned the apartment wasn't clean, there was still dirt and debris in every room. The air conditioning unit was frozen solid. The stove was unusable (since been replaced), we had to buy window units to cool the apartment. The maintenance came in fixed things that we pointed out that was broken, such as the shower, the outlets, a leaking sink in the kitchen and a smoke detector that doesn't work (still no smoke detector). Stopped by today to see a friend. I'm 99% sure this place pays off code enforcement. No way anyone should be paying to live in those conditions. Buildings are held together with paint and caulk.

Great place to stay nice and clean the new manager is the bomb
