Arlington Apartments Cocoa Fl

The price is about normal, but the parking lot is small, and definitely needs to be fixed. It's cracked up and even has holes in it for such a small spot. The apartments are a good walking distance from the parking lot, and the basket ball area in the middle, with only one hoop, overfills with water every time it rains, and is dirty with broken bits of glass sometimes. Not to mention it needs to be swept or something. The laundry room has a code on the door, and you have to pay through a machine in the office during their hours of operation, to have money on a card, to be able to use the machines. It seems slightly complicated just to do your own laundry. I'd rather just load up in the car and go to a public laundromat. Unless I only have 1 small load or something.

Nice and it’s very big for the kids and my kids love playing with others

These apartments need better maintenance. The appearance need a lot of improvement. The grass and flowers need to be replaced. The manager and owner need to do better.

Now I havent slepped in here yet it is very nice high quality and it is cheap the living room and 1 bedroom comes with a air conditioner and is a great place to stay at five stars 10 if I could

At one time, this property was very undesirable. The new owner has invested a lot of time, money, and effort to make it a friendly community.
