I had met Robert in Oct 2021 when he had some neighboring property for sale. I had approached him with some real estate questions after the death of my husband. Fast forward to Jan 2023 when he reached out to see how I was and what my circumstances were. He had a buyer for the other property and asked if I was still planning on selling my place. Working with Kevin has been great. He is great on text and e-mail and coming from out of state he made the whole process very transparent. I don't know a lot about farming and was looking for a retirement property with some duck hunting on it and Kevin's background in wildlife biology and agriculture was perfect for us.
