Hector did a great job!! Left no messes!! He recommended I put in a work order to have my screen door replaced because of the wear at the “handle”. Awesome service technician!! I give him a 10!’ Walter Garcia has been absolutely fantastic in helping take care of my bathroom issues. He did a great job & did wonderful in cleaning up and re-setting everything the way it was. I give him a 10+ in his service & politeness!! Thank you Walter!!

Been here since May and I still love it! It’s quite. It’s safe. All the different food trucks that come by are great. I saw a critter(🪳) , emailed the Front office immediately, and I was placed on the pest control list and haven’t seen anything since. Kryon is literally the best, not just a leasing agent to sell you on your apartment although he did a great job at that part but he’s been so helpful and quick with all of my issues. And maintenance is just as quick which I’m very grateful for! 10/10 would recommend.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I absolutely love living at Arium Lakeview! Isabelle, Michelle, and the entire staff here are wonderful — always friendly, helpful, and professional. Maintenance is amazing and quick to respond whenever something comes up. The property is clean, well-kept, and overall very quiet. I actually renewed for another year thanks to Isabelle! I love it here — it’s peaceful, close to everything, and just a great place to call home.

I called the office this morning and was assured that someone would come out today to assist me. It seems I have a new guest in my house I’m thinking a squirrel. Hector from maintenance came and set traps, he moved the stove and fridge and went the extra mile to ensure every section would be secured!
