ARIUM Johns Creek Apartments

I would not recommend Arium Johns Creek Apartments to anyone It is about to be March, and our first roach treatment was done in October after we submitted a ticket (we are now on our fourth treatment). Since then, this has been an ongoing issue. Our 2nd ticket was not even opened until I called to follow up. It had already been four weeks with no action. Management (Jair and Jordan) have been extremely inconsistent and now they do not even pick up our phone calls and wait an email. They are super nice when it comes to signing the contract and getting their commission but afterwards it is like tenants don’t matter. Just look at all the one-star reviews in the LAST YEAR!!!! As a business owner, it astonished me how you can get THAT many bad reviews in just one year. We have gone through

We had a wonderful experience working with Mahu from ARIUM Johns Creek. When we arrived at the leasing office to check out the property, she provided helpful information and gave us a great tour of the property, clearly explained every step of the leasing process, and helped us through the lease agreement with patience and professionalism. Mahu made us feel truly welcomed. We’re very grateful for her help and highly recommend her!

I’ve only lived here for a short time, but I truly appreciate the effort the community puts into keeping residents safe and comfortable. The maintenance team has been amazing, they addressed my issue right away and made me feel like I wasn’t a bother at all. During the recent ice storm, they even salted my stairs, which I really appreciated. It’s a quiet community, and so far, I’m very happy living here.

I love being here! At the beginning, I was afraid because of all the bad reviews, but now I've been here for a month and it's been awesome — beautiful! None of those negative things happened. You can see the deers walking around, the squirrels running, everything works perfectly. I truly recomend ARIUM; Kathleen was wonderful she help us in everything and was incredible patient with all our concerns about the move.

There is nothing luxury about this complex other than the location being nestled between a lot of trees. I have visited my girlfriend for the last year and a half very frequently and I couldn't be happier that she is moving in with me. The absolute worse problem is the roach and bug infestation. It's been 6 months and after numerous extermination calls, the problem exists to the point that it's normal to see roach feces inside the kitchen cabinets and multiple dead/alive roaches and other bugs on a daily basis. To me this is inhabitable led a lone at a luxury apartment. I cannot imagine what is between the walls. The unit (large 3 bedroom, 2 bath) in its perfect form is nothing akin to luxury either.
