These apartments are horrible, the management and maintenance is terrible! I do not recommend anyone to live here. I’ve only been here a month and from the time we moved in we have had nothing but issues. The day we were able to get our keys we were supposed to get our keys at 3:00 pm, I couldn’t get ahold of anyone and wasn’t able to get my keys till 5:00 pm. I even asked weeks before our move in date if I could get the keys early in the morning no one responded. Then when we get the keys the manager walks us to the apartment to tell us that they have to replace the carpet and we cant move any of our stuff on the carpet. Amazing customer service!!! Since day 1 Victoria and Mari helped me and treated me like I was family. They really care and listen to their tenants. They made my move in process so easy. I been living here for almost a year and I am impressed with the maintenance service, always fast and reliable. If anyone is looking for a beautiful, private property with amazing customer service, you need to lease here!!!

Overall, good experience. I asked for the apartment to be ready by the April 18th when they say it wasn’t gonna be ready until May 1 and they made it happen. Got me moved in earlier and in a good apartment. Staff was friendly, even had my name on a welcome board inside the office and gave me a welcome gift inside my apartment. The only thing that I’m not happy with is that my Apartment was not fully clean before my move in. Other than that, I still give them four stars. Nice, quiet community, regardless if it day or night. These apartments are very well known around Texas city. I used to stay here years back in a 2bd rm 2 bth. My children just had to get up and get ready and walk right across to the school house which that was a plus to me working early morning shifts. As I was informed there is a great woman by the name of Victoria in office now that helps with all and is doing a outstanding job. It's great to know there is a happy,cheerful,bubbly woman who can help make your day. Victoria is extremely helpful and doesn't mind showing action. Arise is lucky to have such a great dependable woman in office. Way to go Victoria!!
