Argenta Flats

Stayed here 3 years. Decided not to renew my lease and asked the Manager about departure, we came to an agreement on cleaning full apartment and I did so even have videos. Today I received a $28 check being charged for Cleaning and Carpet cleaning after renting a rug doctor and cleaning. Called and the “fill in manager” had no care. 3 years of being a resident and this is what they pull. Sad

One of the best places I’ve ever lived. Management, office staff as well as maintenance gave me some of the best experiences when it came to questions, requests and even problems like minor breakdowns. They were always there and ready to help resolve issues of any kind. Argenta Flats is a definite, yes!!!!!

Lived here 5 years, only disabled apt in building, disabled parking right outside the window. Have had to fight to use it. They called in 2 college frat bros to block the spot with stolen disabled placards, their own employees PARTICIPATED in denying my use. They REFUSED to honor their policy of nonresidents being towed & allowed out of state (Texas) visitors to violate. They LOST a price gouging case I filed last year. The discrimination continues with wet furniture in dumpster for MONTHS, current manager refuses to spray for bugs, maintenance only jury rigs things, rarely FIXES them. Huge cop presence here about a month ago. I call it NASTY FLATS. Not sure why but there were multiple marked units, detectives & there's been surveillance, I believe. This is NOT the nice place I thought it

Argenta Flats is somewhere I will always highly recommend. Ms Teri and Moriah are the best! Both ladies made sure i received all the information I needed to move forward with my application . Can't wait to apply and move in !!

Targeted discrimination by manager R. Benjamin & Engage Management. Latest vid posted shows landscaping blocking only 2 disabled spaces at this end of complex. They also don't mention the frequent gunfire, thefts from vehicles, bug infestation, nonworking appliances, or the filth in & around dumpsters. They anticipate a rent increase but aren't talking about all the problems, including dog feces everywhere that they don't pick up. This place is very poorly constructed & CHEAPLY maintained. As a nearly 7 year tenant physically unable to move, I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially with the anticipated rent increase. It is NOT worth it.
