Bob helped our company immensely as we needed to downsize and find the right space for our small business. He did loads of research on available properties, previewed them for us, compiled recommendations and organized tours of the properties. After considering several locations, he found the perfect space for us that met all our needs and would be available in the time frame we needed. He was with us through the whole contract negotiation process, and was a great liaison with our new landlord. He knows the area, knows the landlords, and knows how to work effectively with them to the benefit of his clients. I would highly recommend him!

Bob treated me in a un-professional way. He's a very dis-honest person. He lied to me about what spaces he had available. He even pretended not to be the leasing agent for the property 3 days after he said he was. Please don't trust this man.
