Arden Place Apartments

I love it here. They keep the property very nice.

This is a very quiet and calm apartment complexes. Management lives on site and mostly older tenants live there. Reason for a 3 is they are built with moblie home quality parts. The outer grounds near entrance always look spectacular but mulch near units has not been replaced they leave that up to you. For the $820 a month you do not have a place to wash your car because only hose at complex has car parked there with car cover. Other apartments right in area run around same price for 2 bedroom and come with all sorts of amenities.There are no amenities here.

Very clean, peaceful and nice people. They do competitions throughout the year for rent vouchers. Management is very friendly. The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is the quality of the actual building. There is a crawlspace underneath with metal stuts so there is a slight bounce to the floors. On the plus side there are firewalls inbetween each apartment and fire suppression nozzles in the bedrooms, kitchen and livingroom.

Very nice apartments, off the beaten path, not a noisy neighborhood, no stairs and every apartment has two parking spaces. On demand hot water, A/C in Living Room and in Bedroom, but don't have to run at the same time.

small one and two bedroom ground level apartments, rent is over one thousand a month for a one bedroom, you pay electric and water, and your cable or satellite if you choose that service.
