I used to live here for about 4ish years, and I have to say that this was one of the best places I've lived ever. In addition my property manager Charity is an Allstar, she helped me and mine with advice and guidance in times when things seemed hopeless. Charity is like a mother to all of her tenants and treats everyone fairly and with gracious respect. I will always recommend this property to live in to both single people and families that are just starting out. If you see this Charity I'll miss you so much and cherish having been a tenant of yours :)

My apartment is wonderful; it receives plenty of sunlight, has spacious interiors, and shares only one wall with neighboring units. All appliances are in excellent condition, and whenever I had an issue with the dishwasher, it was promptly replaced with a new one. I am grateful for the manager and maintenance staff who are always quick to resolve any concerns or problems. Additionally, the location is superb as it is situated right in the center of Anchorage. Ahh and of course a super plus that the apartment allows both dogs and cats.

The environment is amazing. Everybody knows everybody here. Everyone is super nice. The property manager (Charity Medlin) is fantastic and kind! She's very understanding, and takes care of anything you need right away. She's even organized Christmas gifts for residents before. I know I'll never have to worry about any problems while I'm at this property, and that makes me want to stay for a good long while :)

I'm not saying this apartment is "bad", because everything in Anchorage is kinda crappy. But in the 1 year I've been here, I've had to call the police twice due to an active shooter. One in the unit right above me (2 people deceased) and another just this week from an angry (probably drunk) guy outside who fired 3 shots. Do what you will with this information, but midtown and Anchorage in general are not safe. The units are fairly big, but not very nice. Expect worn out carpets and appliances from the 80s. The building is hot in the summer, so hope that your not on ground level and can open a window. I will likely be leaving when my lease expires.

The cleaning lady has always been really nice and thorough when cleaning the building, the maintenance guy Eddy has always done a great job on top of being very courteous. We have had a few apt managers over the last five years, but I have had no problems with any of them and only polite service. The building however is very old, appearance wise it is quite ugly. The balconies are dry-rotted thoroughly, where u can knock pieces off with your hand. The parking lot is really, really small and people quite often take reserved spots. There tends to be drunks wondering the street outside, screaming and making alot of noise at night. No cooling so the place is really hot in the summer as well. If the apartment was priced at least 30% or more less that it is currently, it'd probably not be
