Arcadia at Parkway Village

I would give this place zero stars if I could. Initially I was so excited to move here despite what others told me. The office staff were nice, so I thought great. My biggest mistake was not making sure that I was in a top unit ( I’m between two floors). Within a month of moving here was my first encounter with the downstairs neighbors. This lady was more than aggressive and was wanting to excite violence. Because I was new to the complex I tried to de escalate what their issue might have been. Shortly after I’ve had to deal with more than loud and aggressive upstairs neighbors. And more violent threatening behavior from the neighbors under me and It’s been horrible. I have been living here for a week now, day one was so peaceful. The whole process of getting approved was long but worth it. Ms. Nicole was very polite and patient with me and my son. The whole staff down to maintenance are out every single day making sure it’s a clean and safe environment. My son is happy here and I’m happy here.

I guess it depends on how you're use to living, what you can afford, and your standards, First, let me say that these reviews are obviously from new people whom management offered something in exchange for a positive review. Most of the tenants here have a housing voucher, I would give a 5 star review in exchange for $200 rent as well if I were desperate. I was initially interested in this property to be close to my brother and his wife who were tenants once, and upon my visit I was appalled. The dumpster was overflowing with stray cats lurking, children running in the streets, curse words written on the walls, the pool water looked green and murky. During my delivery November 20, 2025, I encountered issues with the gate not working properly. Unfortunately, the staff member interacted with showed little patience and did not take the time to understand the concerns being raised. This created a frustrating experience and reflected poorly on the level of customer service provided. For a community that should prioritize accessibility and professionalism, this interaction was disappointing and left a negative impression of the property overall.

I Have Been a Resident of Arcadia for 2 years and I must say I LOVE living here.The apartments are Beautiful and Spacious. Ms. Nicole is Very Very Professional, and Nice and Helpful in anything that I need. She is Consistent and is Always ready to help. She gets the job Done! The whole Staff is Professional, and Kind. From the Back office to the Maintenance Staff. I would suggest this complex to anyone looking to move here. Thank you Arcadia Family!
