Arborview on the River

Arborview is my first ever apartment after leaving my parents home at 20, and I couldn’t be happier of my choice. The location is in a good neighborhood where i can take my nieces and nephews on a walk to the river (easy 1.75 mile walk there and back). I have gotten so many compliments of how beautiful the look out on my patio is, as well as the style of the kitchen! (Pictures added from when i first moved in). For those who are wondering, i rarely hear anything through the walls or from the people above me. For me to afford a place of my own and it to check all of my boxes is a blessing. To add to the beautiful layout, our property manager Kris is THE BEST. She is welcoming, understanding, and makes me want to switch professions haha.

First and foremost, they would be lost without Kris, the leasing and property manager. She is genuinely caring and attentive to all your needs, not just trying to fill the apartments. The complex is clean and feels safe. And the views are so beautiful. The apartments are brand new, so there are no complaints on cleanliness or damage and appliances. The HVAC system is awesome, and each unit has its own water heater. Many perks and a convenient location to everything, i90, the mall, restaurants, groceries. So far, so good!

Really just an amazing simple quiet complex with a great location and brand new apartments! They are options for gorgeous views and also units tucked away. Kris the leasing manager is one of kind and does all she can to assist residents. Highly recommend!

We’ve moved in April and had the best experience thus far. We have an amazing small community and an amazing manager Kris. She’s been helpful and kind. We’ve had mixed experiences in the past with property management and it’s been refreshing to have someone so real. The property is always kept up, the management always try’s to find a solutions to any of your issues, and location is just beautiful. Overall an amazing experience. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for their new home.

I absolutely love living at Arborview on the River. The community feels warm and welcoming neighbors are friendly, and there’s always a sense of safety here. Kris our property manager goes above and beyond to make sure residents feel cared for and that really makes this place stand out. The atmosphere is peaceful, the grounds are well kept, and I truly feel at home. I’m so thankful I chose to live here.❤️🙏🏽
