Arbor Pointe

No leasing office on site, which is not mentioned when I sign up online for a tour. The inside is really depressing, the light levels in the hallways is very low.. should be brighter lighting since Alaska is so dark and that causes people to become very depressed. There are a few spots in the hallways where there are holes in the wall and insulation stuffing is spilling out, the holes look busted and not like a professional cut through the wall. Who knows if there are mice or other pests that can come into the hallways and rooms from this. Very depressing interior, this is not worth $1,240 in Alaska.

Drove all the way from the valley for a showing, waited outside for half an hour, no communication then told I'm going to have to reschedule after calling their office multiple times before finally getting through, said the agent "had to step away for something" and wasted my time I took off for my work and commute and no courtesy of letting me know anything 0/5 if I could give them a proper review

My family and I have loved Arbor Pointe. The location is convenient, the staff is helpful, the maintenance is prompt, the apartments are spacious and cozy, the community is peaceful and friendly, and the pet policy is accommodating. The rent is affordable and the incentives are attractive. I rate it 5 stars and suggest it to anyone.

The location is convenient, neighbors were mostly good, the apartment itself was nice, and didn't really have any maintenance issues aside from the heat stopped working but that was quickly fixed. Downsides were motorcycles in the summer were loud, there was one neighbor constantly yelling and setting off their fire alarm, and the entryway sometimes smelled bad. Overall a decent enough place though

Mary Christensen is so amazing! I'm super grateful to have her here as her smile is super inviting to all the residents here! Any leasing office she runs is always a more friendlier space because of her!
