Moving to a new state is never easy, but my experience with Arbor Place Apartments made my transition to Georgia completely stress-free and even enjoyable. From the very beginning, the team made me feel welcomed and supported, which immediately put me at ease. I cannot say enough good things about Ms. Wanda, Ms. Debra, and our property manager Ms. Barbara. Ms. Wanda always greets you with a smile and goes out of her way to ensure every resident feels cared for. Ms. Debra is incredibly helpful and attentive, handling any questions or requests quickly and with genuine kindness. And Ms. Barbara, as property manager, leads with professionalism and warmth, creating a community that truly feels like home. My husband and I absolutely love this apartment! It's so well maintained, and the neighbors are wonderful. The area is always clean and tidy, and the staff are incredibly friendly. Trash is consistently picked up, which we really appreciate. This place has truly been my first choice, and I feel happy living here.

Just moved in not too long ago this apartment is quiet and calm . I had a great experience with Wanda at the front desk. She helped me with care and followed through with all our paperwork with precision. The women in the leasing office as a whole are fabulous & gracious . They work as a team and are community driven . They make this experience here better . They did gift wrapping for the residents this holiday season ! It was great ! Mrs. Barbra is so creative ! Thank you for your kindness .

I moved out almost a year ago, but I still feel negatively about my experience towards the end. A few months postpartum with a newborn, the AC stopped working. Summer hit and air in the house never went below 80 degrees (even bought multiple fans, it just blew hot air around). Despite multiple maintenance requests, the issue never resolved the issue. During the last visit, which was the last straw, a maintenance worker damaged our personal property while we were home and did not inform us. When management contacted him, he stated he “figured we would see it,” which felt very unprofessional and bold to express in front of us and management.
