The property manager Tracy Smith is an awesome very kind-hearted person. She works well with her tenant's . I'm glad that we are able to have animal's in our apartment. It's a very quiet neighborhood the building is secured with a passcode for our safety. Thank God 🙏 for that Security on our door that only you will know. I've been here 6 years. It's a great place to live. 😊

I have lived at Arbor Grove Apartments going on 4 years now. I love the neighborhood. Tracy always responds promptly when I have a question or concern. It is also in a great school district!!! My family.of 3 plan to stay.

My property manager, Tracy, has been great to work with. Always responsive, professional, and on top of things. They handle issues quickly, keep me updated, and make managing my rental way less stressful. I definitely recommend them.

I'm a long-time tenant. Arbor Grove, an apartment complex on Orchard Dale Drive and Guilford Drive managed by Five West Group, is in a convenient location near Belden Village, Interstate 77, North Canton and restaurants/grocery stores on Cleveland Avenue NW. Plus the West Branch Trail. No location is incident free, but I have felt safe here during my many years here. The property manager and staff have been quick to address my concerns and respond to my maintenance requests including a sink issue a few months ago. Another advantage is you don't have to worry about mowing a lawn. I also appreciate that Five West made the investment to resurface the parking lot, so it's now very nice. Sandra in office rude and unprofessional! She left unprofessional message and giving deadlines like she knew what was going on at Case Mansion. Do your homework, Sandra, before you leave disrespectful message on a wrong number! Put your hostility towards those working with you that on call for after hour /emgerencies that do NOT respond to calls! All my arrangements were politely and professionally handled by office staff at Case! Who are you? Why are you leaving such arrogant, threatening messages to person you have never met or over see the apartments dealing with family? Literally, uncalled for and so disrespectful! No problem for you to be crude on voicemail but now have left multiple messages with my correct number requesting you to call me to discuss your rudeness all I hear are cric
