Arbol Verde Apartments

tldr; This is a horrible place to live. I lived here for a year and a half. We found bugs the first day we moved in, and consistently the entire time we lived here. Management knows of the infestation, but only sprays once a month. There is no guest parking, and the parking lot is not large enough for even the residents. For 5 months, while I lived there, a construction project made the already limited parking worse. Tenants were told the project would only take 2 months. I moved out just in time, as another "2 month" construction project was starting as I left. The laundry room only has 4 washer and dryer machines, only 2 of which were consistently working at any given time. The property manager, is rude, uncommunicative, and unreasonable. I’ve lived here for 2 years now, and it’s been a great experience. Carleen, the manager, is the best!! Anything that I’ve brought to her attention was quickly addressed. I have never had any issue with roaches/pests in my 2 years of living here. My apartment and the grounds are clean, the complex also has a pool that my daughter loves. I would definitely recommend Arbol Verde to anyone wanting to live in a great centrally located neighborhood in Livermore at a very reasonable price.

1000% would NOT recommend living here. My husband and I lived here for one year and a half, it was our first apartment together after getting married and it was a complete nightmare from the beginning. I jumped on what I thought was "a good deal" for the area. They are the cheapest apartments in Livermore, but they are that way for a reason. They are filthy, and roach infested. Since the day we moved in there was pests crawling in the cabinets and we were probably the cleanest tenants there. Management is a joke, they KNOW there is an infestation, and yet they only spray each unit if they report sightings once a month. Reka is the best property manager ever! I lived at arbol verde apartments for about a year. I chose the place for it's general affordability, but it turned out to be one of the best places I've ever lived. The location is quiet and safe, there is plenty of options for food just across the street, and street parking is never a problem. I've never had a problem with noise and all units come with an a/c. And the property manager is so sweet and so on top of everything! I never had to ask her for something twice, and she always followed up to make sure I was taken care of. She deserves a lot of praise for how well she manages the place, and how efficiently things get done, while at the same time providing excellent service, attitude, and communication to her tenants. Would definitely live here

Thanks to Apartment Manager Reka .She is very professional, Friendly, responsible, listening and very helpful in handling issues or tenants. Provided Flexible lease terms which helped me when I had a job uncertainty and helped me in survival without any pressure with respect to to stay and in pandemic.Thanks to Maintenance Person Jaime for his help in fixing things quickly and perfectly when there was a issue or new request raised.Thanks to Arbol Verde (Castle Management) team.
