Jen has been so helpful getting me logged into my portal to make payments and find my documents. Everyone I have spoken to in the office has been so friendly!
They take your HOA dues, they increase them without cause, home owners don't see anything productive happen with collected money, and they're bold enough to do drive by inspections and issue citations when the roads are iced over.
MICHELLE at ACQUITY Management is super easy and professional to work with. She always responds to phone calls and emails promptly. I would highly recommend working with her and this Management company.
These people are not only shady, but stupid on a spectacular level. They double bill, can’t keep their records straight and don’t care. This is the Worst! HOA management company in New Braunfels and that is saying a lot.
