The apartments in carlstadt do not get shoveled or get plowed. 3rd snow storm 3rd time we all had to move our cars out the lot, 3rd time there’s been snow 4 days after the storm and still no one came to plow and the residents had to do all the shoveling to make it safe to leave the house for work. This is outrageous, and unacceptable knowing that this company owns so many place in union city that they can’t upkeep with maintenance in their property. We call the office and the office just brushes it off and says they don’t have anyone to plow. Some of us are paying an extra 100$ for an extra parking spot, what is this money going to and our maintenance fee ? You guys should be embarrassed and expect alot of people leaving when their lease is over

I spoke with April, one of your representatives this morning. She was very nice and understanding with our current situation! Please tell her that I appreciate the kindness in a rough patch!
