Anderson Crossing Apartments

This apartment complex is a great fit for people who are unable to shell out tons of rent money and need somewhere safe and simple to live. There are a few issues with some wear and tear from how old the buildings are and the paint job is ROUGH- but our unit had new carpet and was thoroughly cleaned when we moved in. The maintenance guy is very prompt and helpful with the few issues we've had and they even went as far as to distribute heaters to units over the past cold winter to keep the pipes from bursting. No ruckus in the parking lots, we never deal with stolen packages or anything of that sort. They also offered a good deal on a lease renewal this past year- that's how you keep tenants!!! Overall, this is a peaceful and convenient place to live. :)

I've lived here for 2 years now and I'd have to say that the 1 star reviews are accurate. The proof is in how many thumbs up the 1 star gets vs the 5 star reviews. management is never there and doesn't return calls. Maintaince does fix things when you report them but they don't warn you when they will arrive, so say goodbye to your privacy. This isn't your home at all its theirs in every way. Just got rent jumped from 700 to 800 definitely not worth it seeing that they don't want to update anything. Appliances are still early 2000 stuff. No washer drier hook up for 1 bedroom definitely a frustrating thing and a old school way of thinking. Angela was awesome with getting us information on our new apartment and has been in constant touch with me from the beginning on availability of the apartments and was super quick and efficient. Our new apartment was cleaned spotless and the staff went above and beyond to help make our new apartment a home.

Anderson Crossing is by far the WORST apartment complex in ALL OF ANDERSON! Not only will they violate your privacy but then they will try to bully you. They called one morning to tell us that our door was wide open and our dog was barking... DID SOMEONE BREAK IN? No they didnt even touch that topic they just said "you need to come get your dog we want him out" WHAT?! WE PAID TO HAVE HIM THERE! HE'S GONNA BARK U NIMWITS! No they went in and violated the sanctity of our home because we dont even know what all they looked at or what all they checked?! Then they took pictures of our home without acknowledging us first?! Then they didnt even call for a whole hour to let us know the situation only to be concerned about our dogs barking and NOT WHY IS THE FRONT DOOR WIDE OPEN?? And we're missin

I lived here for about four years. The manager is nice and respectful if you treat her with respect. The apartments are not luxurious but they have great value considering the low cost rent as well as easy access to shopping, restaurants, and the East West Connector trail.
