I've worked with Mike for about 7 years on many many deals. He is professional, fair, and reliable. He has so many different ways he can help homeowners and solve their problems. I don't recall one deal I've seen him take part in that didn't close so he's definitely a guy that people can count on him to perform. 10/10 recommend working with him.

Mike from AHB was the first to respond to my as-is for sale by owner opportunity. My rental had recently had some fire damage and I was looking to sell prior to repairs. He was easy to work with right from the start. After his local inspector saw the place we agreed upon a price. Other offers came in and some were considerably above Mikes. I brought those to Mike and he came up in price enough to make it a win win!
