I was recommended to agent Rose Searcy for purchasing a home. She was very nice and responsive in the beginning. I found a home on Friday and placed a bid that day. The same day she notified me that she will stop working completely that day at 8pm and she is completely unavailable on Saturdays (phone turned off and no email responses) after she promised she was always available to her clients. During her "day off", we lost the home to another buyer. Later on, we were informed that she never counter-offered like we told her to do and she told us several more lies about this transaction. I found another home and it took her 48 hours to provide me with a bid/purchase contract. I had to remind her several times of the neighborhoods I was interested in. Lastly, she brought her husband

I have never known a better real estate agent than Rose Searcy. She handled my transaction perfectly and I highly recommend her. She told me from the beginning that she takes Friday night to Saturday night off. I respected her day off as she is a hard working woman and needs some time off to rest and be with her family. Why do some people think real estate agents are machines at their becking call 24/7? Beats me.

My experience with Rose Searcy is bar-none! She is extremely professional, and goes the extra-mile to ensure that her customers are taken care of. Buying and renting can be very stressful. Rose has taken extra time not only to help me to find the perfect home, but has helped my family and friends as well. She truly cares about people, and does business transparently; something very rare these days. I highly recommend her!!

I give all the honor to Donna Rather!!! She is a very sweet no-nonesence type of lady and I love it!!! She gets the job done an I just love her because she simply cares about me an my family well being in our home we are renting! I don't care to much for the owner of this house.... but I will for now on go threw Donna to get to his ass! But 5 Stars for Donna Rather!!!!
