Amsun Apartments

I lived there 2023-2024 I wouldnt recomend. Was told brand new oven and dishwashers both broke before we had been there for 2 weeks put in MULITPLE work orders over the course of the year even tried emailing them and talking to the people in the office. They did nothing and never fixed it. The mainince guy would see us outside and would say didnt forget about you but never came. The apartment wasnt even finished trim falling down doors not on hinges when we moved in. Once again was told it would be fixed and never was no matter how many work orders we placed. Needles and baggies all over the ground constantly they never picked them up or did anything about them mind you children lived there too.The most they did was send an email asking ppl not to do dr*gs🙄 Washers and dryers always broken

I have only been here three months and had high hopes, but I quickly learned what many residents warned me about, that the management cannot be trusted. My dishwasher is nasty and rusted inside, my kitchen sink is clogged where a disposal used to be, my doors and frames have wide cracks in them and I spent 2 months without a working AC. Despite all this I stayed because it is quiet, close to my job and my neighbors are very friendly. However, I am being evicted because they deemed it ethical for me to pay $1300 in May two weeks after paying $1100 in April due to a financial setback. Amy and Gabby do not get to know their tenants nor do they care to. To them these aren’t people’s lives they’re controlling it’s just their job and they will treat you like it

First time moving out on my own here. It was lovely at first with Missy but then management changed to Amy and she was never personable or anything. Don’t expect to get things fixed in a timely manner. If you’re worried about the AC units they are good and keep the apartment cool. I love the cold. Neighbors don’t bother you and it’s quiet. There are cats that live around there and they are super sweet.

Stayed there for over a year and was okay. Moved out 2/5/24. Asked if I could get a refund for my rent because I was charged $790 for the month of February but I moved out on the 5th. Told them they could keep the deposits I made. Spoke with the lady would works in the office currently, not Amy. She told me she would refund it. Waited and waited, nothing happened. Called and asked about the refund, spoke with Amy this time. Amy said she didn’t know anything about it but for the 5 prorated days I stayed and the $200 cleaning fee she could refund me $425 and I gave her all my bank info. So I waited again. Never got the refund. Called again and asked again about the refund. Amy said “oh yeah I have to speak with her about another person who never got their refund either.” I told Amy I was tir

Management is not good. They will deduct your security deposit without any reason or in the name of senseless damage in these old apartments. They deducted my deposit for their old restroom tiles which were not even damaged. the filling was old and already cracked. So be aware of that. Keep the record of whatever is already damaged.
