We have sold two homes in the past 10 years through America's Choice and we couldn't be happier with our decision to go with America's Choice. America's Choice saved me literal thousands of dollars in realtor commission costs when selling my home in Williamsville! Our experience with Americas Choice / J Lawrence Real Estate was amazing to say the least ! From day #1 it seemed as though we were their only customer . We had researched the different programs they had available to use to market our home and decided that the Partnership Program might work best for our situation . We stood to save a huge sum on the commission if our home did indeed sell and at a fair price. It was determined that we would not wish to have hoards of people trampling through our home and that we would only have private showing performed by ourselves . Nobody knew our home better than us and this was confirmed by every potential buyer who came to see it . We took the suggestion from Americas Choice / J Lawrence of asking a price even higher than what we had first anticipated

Called , Walked in ,& Left a Message, all in an attempt to gain an understanding of the process and repeatedly requested a copy of the real estate representation agreement for my review and that of my attorney. I must have hit a sensitive chord because the owner told me on the phone that he did not want my business because I was not disclosing my address. Go figure, in the world if overzealous real estate agents I wanted to keep my address out of the discussion until I made my decision. My advice is perform a thorough check of what is offered, get it in writing and ASK to see the agreement before the opportunity to be under pressure for a signature.

WE HAVE LITERALLY HAD OUR HOUSE LISTED SINCE THE END OF MARCH AND HAD ONLY ONE PERSON LOOK AT THE HOUSE. WE ARE VERY DISAPPOINTED. IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A REALTOR THAT WORKS HARD TO BRING PEOPLE IN I WOULD NOT SUGGEST AMERICAS CHOICE. WE CHOSE IT BECAUSE WE THOUGHT THE 2% REALTOR FEE WAS AMAZING AND WE WERE WILLING TO DO MOST OF THE WORK FROM SENDING AND UPDATING PICS OF OUR HOME INSIDE AND OUT TO SETTING UP OPEN HOUSE SIGNS. THE HOUSE AT THE END OF OUR ROAD IS ON A VERY BUSY ROAD AND GETS LOTS OF TRAFFIC THE SIGN IS SO TINY YOU CAN HARDLY SEE IT. WE POSTED THE LISTING OURSELVES ON FACE BOOK AND CRAIGS LIST. WE HAVE DROPPED THE PRICE OF THE HOME 3 TIMES AND ASKING FOR INPUT FROM THE REALATOR BUT SHE JUST SAID "I DON;T KNOW IT'S UP TO YOU. THIS IS OUR FIRST TIME SELLING A HOME AND NEED
