Robert Dillon with American Homes was fantastic. He made the process easy and fast! I would highly recommend purchasing from them. We were looking to buy a home and get it delivered in 2-3 weeks. We had stopped at 5 other manufactured home lots and most of them said it would take 3-6 months. Robert was the only one that had a house that was ready to move to our land. He explained the process quickly and easily. If we had a question… he got us an answer! Once we bought the house, the great service continued. My purchase was completed last year in April 2024 for the Absolute Value LS. This was a very spontaneous purchase and I did not think I would be approved within just a few hours. I worked with Jarred Parham through the purchasing process. It is important to ask every and all questions when purchasing a new manufactured home, especially depending where you end up having it set-up. I was informed estimated arrival time would be 6-8 weeks and in fact it was. From the dirt pad set-up, utility hookups, septic tank install l, AC unit installation and delivery of the home, it was a smooth process. Kudos to Estela and her team (Velina, Raul, German and Eric) for always being so prompt and responsive as well. I really appreciate how this team gets the job done! Thank you again, Brandi

We purchase our new home at American Homes. We lost our home in a house fire in March, we went to look at other places, and the wait time for another home was 4 months, that was the fastest, wait time. At American Homes, they had what we wanted on the lot, and ready to move it to our property. Robert Dillon was our sales guy. Amazing guy, and he does everything he can to help!
