Extremely Disappointed – Poor Quality and Unprofessional Builder We are deeply disappointed with the quality of work in our brand-new home. Despite paying a premium price, the house is filled with issues — cheap materials, unfinished work, and poor craftsmanship throughout. The builder has been extremely rude and uncooperative whenever we tried to address these problems. Instead of taking responsibility, their responses have been dismissive and unprofessional. Even worse, after filing a claim through the insurance company, it seemed like they were siding with the builder rather than helping the homeowner.
