Mr. Chambers is an outstanding maintenance technician. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field and consistently demonstrates professionalism, kindness, and humility. His work ethic and positive attitude make him a tremendous asset to the team. Management truly made an excellent choice in bringing him on board.

I find the new staff. In office can be rude at times. I simply asked for a ledger in the morning and was told it will be ready at noon when I get there of course it wasn’t. The woman who sat in her office that assisted me this morning looked at me when walking out of her with a man who walked in right before she hugged walked out never acknowledge me being there what so ever rolling her eyes at me. I leasing agent who sits in middle of the room with no office asked me do I need assistance I say yes asked for a ledger and he says oh our system is down so I can’t give you one. I said okay it should have been printed this morning. I said well I need to review my transactions. He said you can pick it up Monday. I proceeded to say can u send someone to fix my ceiling before it falls on someone

Best place ever the personal are very pleasant.Mida and Diana are very professional people and they work pretty fast with the whole process.Apartments are renovated and the neighborhood is clean and nice.Highly recommended this apartment complex.

if i had to put this in the simplest terms: do not move here. this place has stolen rent from multiple tenants, and cannot even provide the most basic modicum of maintenance. the wait on a new washer + dryer? 8 months and counting. dishwasher was broken when you moved in and has mold? the wait is a year and counting holes in the floor, leak in the toilet, leak from the ceiling? all over 2 years. i thought surely they would start moving quickly if i reminded them constantly, but each time i was promised one more day… one more week… and then nothing would come of it. amber commons has stolen my time, my money, and are making me accountable for it. they are incompetent crooks. walk around the neighborhood any given day and it’s covered in trash and broken glass. the trash can barely can conta

I’ve made three complaints about a recent rodent infestation inside our apartment. Since April 14, 2025 we saw a rodent in the kitchen, bathrooms and bedroom closets. When I first made the complaint on April 15th was told that they didn’t have traps and maintenance didn’t have whatever they needed so I called back on April 16 was told that maintenance will come to the apartment Tuesday April 22, 2025. Nevertheless they left the traps outside of my front door and said I had to put the traps inside the apartment myself. I’m making I formal complaint with the City of Gaithersburg and Montgomery County landlord and tenant office. Update May13th, 2025.
