You might as well go to notary at Fed ex or UPS. That is the extent of their knowledge on real estate transactions. The person working our file was on leave, so we got Stephanie, she is incompetent and doesn’t care. Glorified bank Notary’s is all they are, bring a lawyer with you or better off, use Stewart title for gods sake! Here is a tip Alyeska Title, don’t do assumptions anymore!

Stephanie was great. I was not aware that my wife had to sign a document on a transaction. Being that we live in the valley it was going to be extremely difficult for her to come in and sign on the same day. Stephanie sent someone out to meet my wife in Palmer to get the documents signed so we could record. She definitely went above and beyond.

Darcy Ellingboe 10/10 would work with again. She makes the whole titling process very easy and straight forward, though I signed my name many many manys times she made this process very enjoyable. Great energy, outstanding person.

My wife and I signed for our new house yesterday! Cristy Nugent was very helpful. I lost count of how many forms we signed, but Cristy made sure we understood everything prior to signing. We left with copies of the paperwork and a picture. I highly recommend Cristy Nugent.
