Can’t give them one since the renovation actually made the apartments beautiful inside. I lived here for a few months and my apartment had a problem with the pipes. My apartment flooded with dirty water and they wouldn’t come fix it until we had authority check the situation since we were starting to feel sick. We ended up leaving and had our credit ruined for their lack of attention.

Rat infested, no maintenance at all!! Run just run!!!!!!!RUN!!!!RUN!!!!!I have had mice in my bed. Mice droppings on my hanging clothes. My son in law has killed two in less than a week. This place needs to be condemned. The dishwasher hasn't ever worked. AC has been out almost a month. Roaches!!!!!

If you are looking for an apartment with free pets you are in the perfect place rats, raccoons and roaches will be your pets and roommates. The management in 2010 was bad but the new is worst than ever. My refrigerator broke and they took 3 weeks to even look at it.. I was out of air condition for a week. One of the burners in my stove is broke since I moved in. The dishwasher not working for 7 months ... I am so ready to move at the end of my lease in December. Think twice if you want to live here...

Let me just start out by saying in the 5 months I’ve lived here, we’ve had 3 different managers that were supposed to “ fix “ things. 2 weeks after moving in the MAINTENANCE man broke into my car, 2 weeks later our front door got kicked in, which took the office 2-3 days to come out and fix. We have a leak in the bedroom window, bedroom ceiling, and bathroom ceiling. They came out and “ fixed “ the bedroom and window by putting a piece of Sheetrock over it, which is now leaking AGAIN, while getting plaster ALL over my furniture and walls not even bothering to cover it. We now have mold growing in our bathroom ceiling where our AC is, and it’s been that way for months. We’ve called over and over and nothing has been done.
