Look over closing documents with fine tooth comb, they made errors calculating taxes, didn't call water company for almost a month after closing to change billing. Refused to compensate me for their error with water bill - had to pay new owners share of water bill. They were very reluctant to own up to their mistakes.

Horrible. Run the other way. Every document had errors on it. The address was wrong on several of the documents for the property being transferred. Even the final distribution checks were written incorrectly to the wrong names. I love to support local, but don't support this incompetent firm.

Dan and his staff have always been great to work with. Always very helpful and professional.

Great people took me through closing like slicing a piece of apple pie!
