Do not live here. They unlock your door and do inspections whenever they want, even if you aren't home. They will give you a lease violation for a fork A SINGLE FORK being in the sink. If you want to be constantly micromanaged by a corporation in the place you live, be my guest. Otherwise, stay away.

I have loved living here. Loved the property manager we had. They sold the property on 11/20/24 to a new company so we no longer have our property manager. There's a lot of us who are heart broken about that because she has became like family to a lot of us. Her absence is def felt and known, but we will see how things go with the new owners and hope things stay on the positive side. 🩷 and to the new year ahead. 🥂

I am living here for the second time and in June 2025 I will have been back here for a year. The complex was bought out in November of 2024 and is now named Blue Ridge Residential. They have been doing a lot of work to the outside of the buildings and they seem like a decent company so far. However, it seems many of the residents are worried/ unhappy with the rent increases.

New management is terrible, there worried abt what outside looks like and not residents, they have raised rent prices drastically, this place has mold badly, and they don’t clean properly when sumone moves out. I would not recommend at all.

I'll start off saying NEVER MOVE HERE. My family and I, including two small children lived in one of the units in the third building back. Our first problem was the maintenance men enter your home with 0 warning required, typically 3 weeks after you put in a request for something to be fixed. Monthly inspections at 8am, where they essentially search every inch of your home. About 4 months into our first year they hired a new property manager, at first she seemed very professional. After about a month she started leaving unreasonable notices on residents doors. The on site dumpster is 100+ yards from our unit, we were expected to walk every garbage bag we fill there immediately no matter what time of night it is, because of its seem on the balcony it's 25$ a bag.
