Lionel was very friendly and professional. He arrived on time and quickly began his inspection. The inspection was extremely thorough and informative, he made great suggestions on the issues he found and it was very affordable.

Although Mr. Lionel was great at communication, friendly, punctual and came highly recommended, he unfortunately “dropped the ball” with my property inspection which has caused me anguish, stress and money. I am a first time home buyer and he missed a hole/opening in my roof. A random toy football was on top of the hole, but I would have thought he would have moved it while inspecting the roof and discovered the hole. His warranty company is covering the exterior to fix the hole but water damage is inside parts of my walls, floors and ceilings now caused by missing this hole and his company will not fix it. I wanted to give him 10/10 but with missing the hole in roof and now having to hire contractors to check for mold behind interior walls, pull up carpet and get two rooms under the hole

I had called 3 or 4 home inspectors / home inspections companies and when I get to Lionel I already had an idea of what to expect, Lionel sounded the most knowledge among people I had called (How can he not be? He was a director of building engineering at a major hotel chain before he became an home inspector) , He outlined exactly what he would do to check for different kinds of scenarios.
