Alka has been our realtor since 2021, we got our 1st home in 2021. Then this year 2024 it was time for upgrading to bigger house as per our needs. She helped us finding another home in same town, went thru couple of house and with her hep and advise we were able to find the house we were looking for. She also helped us to sell our house. We would definitely help out after reviewing what exactly you looking for. I would definitely recommend her. She’s the best on what she does.

I was not happy with a recent experience. It is in regards to a rental property that I viewed and applied to. After the application fee was filed and paid for, we were told an applicant was chosen. Several days later we find that the deal "fell through". I find it extremely unprofessional that applicants who were interested and qualified should have been given a call back. We then file another application to be told someone else was chosen with one pet. We have two pets which are both service dogs. We met the credit requirements, and we are more than financially qualified for the property. Numerous calls and emails and not one response. I would NEVER recommend dealing with this real estate agency.

Alka is an incredible, organized, detail oriented realtor. We closed the home sale in less than 2 months for a wonderful price. Alka is a pleasure to work with.
