No place is perfect, but this place is perfect for me! As an educator it is calm enough, organized enough, and close enough to meet my needs! The management switched and I have seen a drastic improvement! Thanks to Ms. Sharon for her proffesionalism and hospitality! It is unmatched! Cheers to Positive Transformation! I want to especially shout out the maintenance team, Saul, Brian, and Leslie! They do what they must without complaint, in a timely manner, and produce excellent results!

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASSEEEEEEE!! DO NOT MOVE HERE IM WARNING YOU! this is the most toxic environment i’ve ever been in. The lady is so rude she WILL be rude to you after moving there!! Maintenance men are NEVER on top of their work but will tow your cars without notice, no notice inspections at any time of the day, cars breaking, trash compartment piling, gates work on and off, customer service SUCKS!! NO ANSWER PHONE CALLS & EMAILS & more trust they’ll worry about making the apartment looks good but really they are NOT !! they are harassing tenants making us all feel unwelcome! Don’t be shocked if you noticed your car is gone 9 times of 10 they’ve been towed without notice for ANY reasons or your car window will be shattered for valuable things. Bryan and Saul consistently delivers high-quality repairs with exceptional attention to detail, reducing repeat issues. They have EXCEPTIONAL communication skills and are very knowledgeable when it comes to any maintenance issues I've had. They are the best and hope they are here for as long as I'm here. Thank you for everything you do and having a great deal of patience, as I am OCD and extremely picky about how things look in my apartment.

I've been living at Alexander at Stonecrest for a little over a year. I love it over here, it's quiet, clean and friendly. Ms. Sharon in the rent office was extremely helpful from the moment that I came to view the apartment. Everyone in the rent office are extremely nice. I also have the nicest neighbors. I give this place a 10/10

DO NOT MOVE HERE ! If you want to deal with pests, piled trash compartment, cars getting towed or stolen or broken in, and your unit is not in good condition this is the place. Please do not move here the agents are rude and inconsiderate. This is unacceptable PS if you’re reading this five stars review please don’t because they either JUST moved in or the agents tell you to make a review after touring and renting the apartment without seeing the reality of this apartment and dealing with the agents for a while
