We recently moved into this community and the experience has been amazing from start to finish. Ashley and the property manager were incredible and made our move very easy and stress-free. Ashley provided all the information about the amenities and explained the entire leasing process in great detail. She took the time to show us all the floor plans and made sure we had everything we needed for our apartment. Her patience, professionalism and attention to detail truly stood out. The apartment itself is really nice, the amenities are excellent and the entire staff is very friendly and welcoming. From day one, it genuinely feels like home. My experience moving into my new home has been nothing short of excellent. The entire leasing process was smooth, efficient, and well organized, which made everything feel stress free from start to finish. A special thank you to Ashley the leasing office manager, for her outstanding support. She was incredibly responsive, attentive, and made sure all my questions were answered quickly throughout the application process. Her professionalism truly made a difference. The entire staff was also very welcoming and helpful, creating a positive and comfortable experience from day one. I’m grateful for such a great team and excited to call this place my new home.

I would give no star if I can. I am from California trying to move to texas so we can open 2nd location of our restaurant and loved this property because it was new construction building and the extra large yard for my dog was great but we decided not to rent here they are not professionally ready I think!!! We try to rent through corporate leasing. one person tell us this thing other tell us different thing so complicated they asked for 2yrs tax returns so I asked my CPA they end up not using. They kept $334 dollars for application fee admin fee $167 each of us so if yall are trying to apply here make sure you research on this property before so you don't waste money like I did ..
