I want to specifically recognize Marie Lee for being incredibly helpful and supportive. She went out of her way to help me through several issues and genuinely made a stressful situation much easier. She’s responsive, knowledgeable, and actually cares about residents, which makes a huge difference. If you need help with anything, I highly recommend going directly to her—she’s the one who gets things done. My experience with other staff hasn’t been nearly as helpful, but she absolutely stands out and deserves credit for the great work she does.
I am very happy living here! The apartments are clean and safe. The staff is amazing – whenever I call, they respond quickly and handle any issues immediately. They are always ready to help when something is needed. Highly recommend Alderwood Park Apartments.
I’ve lived here for nearly 15 years now and love it. Five stars to the maintenance man Alfonso! He always gets the job done correctly and in a timely manner. He is always kind and listens to residents’ needs. Honestly, This place would fall apart without him.
