A lot of gang violence and shootings, been through 7 plus managers since living here for over 2 years now. There are no parking lines, so nobody parks right. Pot holes sometimes 2 feet deep throughout the parking lot. A lot of drug dealers throughout the property. Have told multiple Managers about it and showed Pictures even of the little boy getting shot near the Dumpster. Water bill sometimes 100 dollars and I know I don’t use that much cause I’m never home. Balcony falling apart ,door has no weather stripping. But as on today new ac units are being installed with new condensers. Nobody deserves to wake kids up after midnight to get down because of shootings. And Black mold in the Ac Ducting. And they never answer the phone. Fights almost every weekend.

I am concerned about the clarity and fairness of the new rules. Dress Code: The "revealing clothes" clause is vague. As a woman with a larger frame, standard professional attire can be perceived differently than on others. I want to ensure that residents aren't being penalized for their natural body types. Visitor Policy: Restricting adult visitors (such as my 19-year-old nephews) from walking the grounds without an escort feels overly restrictive. It is not always feasible for me to accompany them while managing household tasks. I suggest revising these rules to better accommodate the diverse needs, body types, and personal styles of our community.

Mrs. Lisa went above and beyond expectations, to say she was incredibly helpful the entire month for me would be an understatement. Her support remained in arms reach, through every obstacle that was thrown our way. When a door seemed to shut, she redirected my path. I honestly believe without her, things would not have ended out as they did for me. Thanks to Mrs.Lisa at New Haven 1 me and my boys will have a very Merry Christmas.

DONT MOVE HERE. By far the absolute worse living experience I’ve ever had. The place was infested with roaches. On top of that the lawn crew broke my door and they refused to put a new one on for five months in the peek of summer, they screwed plywood over the door and I had a five inch gap. Anyone could have broke into my home, I had a stray cat come in my house because of it and it was peak summer. All of my ac was being let out cause my bill to be 400 or more a month. The lack of care is disgusting. Management was rude and uncaring.

DONT LIVE HERE ITS A ROACH MOTEL AND BLACK MOLD IS EVERYWHERE. we lived there for 2 years and we lost everything due to the roaches infesting everything. when the hurrican came there was water damages and i put in a ton of tickets for it to be fixed and it was never fixed the tickets were instead canceled. They change management more than they change their underwear i swear. WIth in 4 months of this year they changed management 6 times and when they get someone good in there they are quickly fired due to them doing thing for good. There is so much drugs on site its rediculous a d we have had so many shooting that is just down right not safe to live there. They gonna come on here and say no there isn't but police are always there, go check public records or youtube the police scanner for ho
