talk about unprofessional!! agents try and pressure you to sign contracts that you aren’t comfortable with doing yet, colleen was extremely pushy in the way she dealt with interactions and tours. rodger was rude when it was brought to his attention and i ultimately did not feel comfortable moving forward with any type of sale between the two of them, buying a house should be exciting and as stress free as possible.. not with this company!!

Roger manages 2 of my apartment buildings in Anchorage. He's doing a great job and saving me a lot of money. His team is good at taking care of the tenants needs and requests and collecting the rents too. The last 2 property management companies were costing a fortune because of the extremely high turn over rate.

I’ve lived in my apartment for the last six years without any issues after my 1 year lease and I've been on a month to month lease, but things took a turn for the worse when Roger became our property manager. I’ve always paid my rent on time or early, and I maintain a good relationship with my neighbors or keep to myself. However, Roger’s behavior has been consistently disrespectful, rude, and unprofessional. The other 1-star reviews are not exaggerating—I’ve experienced similar treatment. He has threatened eviction without cause because of my lease, harassed, and been deceitful about my behavior to the property owners. If I could give negative stars I would. I had the misfortune of renting from this company for years. In the beginning it wasn’t bad its was the same old landlord song and dance. I would need something repaired and it would be done in two weeks or so. The problem that really sparked Roger’s unprofessional behavior and attitude towards me was the sink in the kitchen was leaking I was under the impression that it was repaired. After some time I took my cleaning supplies out and was going to do a deep cleaning under the sink and organize everything when I noticed large amounts of black mold on the back wall. I was invited to spray bleach on it and move on. It got worse and fast forward the fridge almost completely fell through the floor. I have several other woman that lived in the complex wit
