They are now California Reality. Been a tenant for years, horrible property management team. I wait week's to get a response from Lori on maintenance requests, she's rude, no after hours emergency number, so when your house catches on fire like mine did over a weekend, you can patiently wait for someone to care enough on Monday to call.
Lynette Donna Vicky Lori and Rene have the experience and vendor contacts to get problems solved fast (and inexpensively as possible). Their job is to save owners time and money. They understand that a "bad tenant is worse than no tenant".
I've been working with Lori for years and she is the absolute best! She's always professional, polite and I highly recommend using them for any Property Management needs you might have!
