My experiences working with Nick Nickleson has been nothing short of fantastic. Our first experience was a tricky one. We undertook a complete renovation of a historic home in Fells Point. Nick was able to navigate engineering, architectural and permitting without any burden on us. He was honest and included us on most of the decisions along the way. Our house turned out beautifully and we were able to turn a good profit on the resale due the excellent craftsmanship. We were so happy with our first experience, we decided to have Nick build us a brand-new home. He was able to take care of the demo, lot clearing and preparation as well as ensuring that we had a solid engineered foundation which is very important when building on waterfront property. My wife and I are currently working with Nick Nicholson with building and designing are forever home for our family. He has been excellent thru out the entire process. His attention to detail with our build has been spectacular! He is the most responsive contractor we have ever met. He picks up his phone every time and if you leave a voice mail he calls you right back. Before we even had a signed contract with him he invited my wife and I to his Christmas party with new and former clients and they all told us how GREAT! Nick was with building for them and how they would use him again if needed. I am currently working with Nick at Advantage Homes to have a modular home built for me. He definitely knows his stuff and has been very informative throughout the entire process. I have seen some of his completed builds firsthand and can attest that they look spectacular, so needless to say I cannot wait for my home to be finished as I know it will be of the highest quality. I would definitely recommend Advantage Homes to anyone looking to have their dream home built.

Do not use advantage homes to build your home. We were made to feel like we were bothering Nick at times when we had questions. He didn't do his job and he did not visit our property in a timely manner which caused us to be in a huge mess. We wanted a modukar home, that's what we engaged his service for. .5 weeks after he took our $5000 he then told us a modular home was not possible for our property. We could not afford a stick built home. He hasn't returned any of our money, but we ate not giving up. We feel he is dishonest and we wouldn't recommend Nick and Advantage homes to anyone.
