Admirals Cove

Cody, the maintenance man, IS AMAZING! We have lived here for about 4 months now and any issue we have he is the here ready to work. He is kind to our animals and always communicative about when he is coming to the apartment. He is super knowledgeable and even gives tips to make things easier for the future. We just moved to Admirals Cove but Cody has made us happy to be here!!

So.... I only spent the week here helping my son move in, but I love this Apt. It's has a beautiful layout and is perfect for what he needs. I also got to keep up with my cardio as they have a "fitness room."

We'd been having problems with a toilet not completely flushing. Cody was sent to diagnose the problem, which he did expediently. He came back today to replace the broken part. He was very courteous and polite throughout his time here with us. Thank you for sending Cody to fix our problem...

Excellent experience so far. We are most impressed with maintenance support. After submitting a ticket, we typically get a response within a couple of days at the most. Staff are knowledgeable, effective, and provide good explanation and summary of work accomplished. Highly recommended.
