Addison Farms Apartments

My partner & I lived here for about 17 months. The first few months were great and then it went downhill from there. The halls are constantly filled with bugs and webs. I don’t think they have the proper equipment and are pinching Pennies to avoid spending on the proper things to make sure the property is well kept at all times. The electric grills have never been deep cleaned & when we moved in we were told they clean them regularly as a part of the amenity fee. Leasing staff and maintenance staff lack emotional intelligence & general manners and communication skills. Good place to live. Addison Farms has a great staff that tries their hardest to make sure your needs are met. The amenities are great (Tech cafe is my personal favorite, pool is a close second). The apartment also holds events that brings the community together (game nights, pool parties, wine/food). If you have the opportunity to live here, take it.

This complex is beautiful. The kitchen is the best, very open and spacious and a lot of counter space and cabinets! The pool is beautiful and how great to be able to take a few steps and be at the gym!! You cannot go wrong moving into these apartments and the managers are extremely helpful when needed!!

The complex is nice. The apartments are pleasing to the eyes especially the kitchen but when you count the fact that the buildings are poorly built to the point where you can hear your neighbors footsteps, conversation, how their front door slams, TV, it's just not worth it unless you move to the third floor. I've never had an issue, coming from first floor living in my old complex (which I feel says enough), to now being woken up earlier than need be due to my neighbors above me being up. If they're not courtious to you, it will drive you crazy. Also little things could be better such as better quality of the dishwasher racks and better quality dryer machines due to mine throwing lint out onto my clothes, no matter if it is empty prior to drying. Truly one of the most beautiful rental communities I have ever seen. Stunning architecture and color scheme. Amenities that are seriously mindful and second to none. 3 massive fitness facilities! State-of-art Technology Cafe! The pool area blows most resort hotels away, grills, fire pits, cabanas, and so much more. The massive windows, huge kitchens, spa baths, the list goes on and on. Nothing beats the amazing neighbors and thoughtful staff. No regrets!
